Products demands and challenge:

The generators which are used at hotel are similar with the generators in hospital; however, the hotel generators have higher requirements for environment. Thus, the generators are very strict with low noise and stable performance, AMF and ATS functions, instant start time, low emission, immunity, safety and so on.

1. Work conditions

Under following conditions, generators are reliable to work, supply power and it will be standby work or work 24hrs constantly with prime power supply (which include 10% overload for 1hr every 12hrs)
1000m above the sea level；
Environment is from -15 C°to 40 C°, other environment generators are optional.

2. Low working noise and low emission
Super low noise can make sure the guess stay in hotel comfortable and peacefully and also ensure the devices working safety. Low emission makes sure the cleanliness of the generator room, and also make sure the computer system and data safe.

3. Main and necessary protection devices
The generators will automatically test and alarm concerning the start battery voltage, the generators will also auto lagging stop and send relative signal under following situation, such as high and low water temperature, low water level, overload, start failure and so on.
The generators will do emergency stop under following situation: over speed, short circuit, phase shortage, high volts, voltage loss and low frequency.
The generators will send sound and lighting signal under following situation: Low oil pressure, high temperature, low water level, overload, start failure, over speed, short circuit, phase shortage, high volts, voltage loss, low frequency, start battery low voltage, start battery high voltage, low oil level, relay connection of the alarming system.
The generators will auto start and send signal under following failures: low oil pressure, high temperature, over speed, start failure and so on. Generator start mode should be auto. They must equip with AMF (automatic Mains Failure) functions and ATS, which realize auto start. When the mains is failure, the start time lags < 5s(adjustable), the generators can start automatically(there are three continuous auto start functions), mains/generator completely transferring time is < 10s. Thus, the generators can fully make sure the load time less than 15s. When the mains is on, the generators will maintain 0-300s running and then auto stop after cooling (adjustable).

4. The brushless AC generator can provide high start motor bearing ability, it has host of non-linear load generated output voltage of the stator with the anti-jamming waveform distortion and improve the non-linear load ability of the generators. It also has stronger short circuit current. (Usually 3 times of rated current, which will last for 10s).

5. Stable performance and strong reliability
The generators MTBF is over 1000hrs;
Empty load volts of the generators are 95-105% of the rating voltage.
When the generators supply power to rectifier, switch power, UPS power or other loads, low frequency vibration will not happen if the start load is lower than 50% rated power.
The generators will last 2 minutes for 1.5times rate current under rate voltage.
The generators are with the function of remote test, remote communication and remote control, they can monitor, collect, dispose, recod and report equipments data from local and remote areas.

Solutions:

The generators, with advance performance, adopts low noise design, equip SmartGen/Harsen/DeepSea control panel which is with AMF functions. Through connection with ATS, it makes sure the alternative power supply instantly when the mains is off.
