Elitech Power can provide whole solutions for oilfield from exploration to oil production facilities, construction, operation and maintenance. Oilfield generators usually provide power for living, engineering, exploration tool improvement and so on; they are almost prime power generators.

Products requirements and challenge:

Oilfield owns power net for the power supply; however, it is not normal and will be power off because of the seasons change and terrible weather or circuit failure and so on. Thus, high safety, stable performance will support the normal working of the oilfield.

1. Thread and parallel functions

Thread standby functions: it can equip with ATS and realize the automatically transfer function between mains and generators, and also double standby transfer function between two diesel generators.
Parallel function: two or more generators, with same model and specification, meeting the demands of 20-100% rated power can paralleling run stablely under rated power factor.In order to increase the reasonable distribution accuracy and running stability between active power and reactive power, it requires that the generators speed governor must be with stable speed adjustable rate from 2-5%. Inside of the control panel, the voltage adjustment device can make the stable voltage adjustable rate within 5%.

2. Remote monitor function

The generators can meet the technical demands of remote monitor, they have remote test, remote communications and remote control functions, and they will instantly monitor the running parameters and status from remote areas. The generators will automatically alarm when they meet abnormal situation or serious failures, and then realize remote control. They will also provide standard communications protocol.

4、 Working conditions
The generators can run below 3000m of the altitude.
Environment temperature is from -15 C°to 40 C°, other environmental generators are optional.

The generators, with advance performance, adopts low noise design, equip SmartGen/Harsen/DeepSea control panel which is with AMF functions. Through connection with ATS, it makes sure the alternative power supply instantly when the mains is off
